If we had to use one word to describe our approach it would be ‘transforming’. Developing leadership is a process. We create a stimulating environment to facilitate this. We take leaders through a series of impactful experiences that affect the mind, body and soul. Our programmes consist of reflection on one’s own leadership and learning from each other through meaningful interaction. We draw inspiration from the outside world and our knowledge is grounded in science. Every leader, team and organisation is unique, because of this VisieScope works exclusively with customised programmes. Contrary to business schools, universities and consultancies VisieScope offers a holistic approach to leadership. We see leadership development as an intertwined whole made of various parts of which academic insights and management models are but one element.
Our approach results in self-aware leaders who know how to lead change, who lead dedicated teams that initiate ideas and come up with solutions. The outcome is an acceleration of change and innovation, improved performance and a more effective implementation of the strategy. Goals are attained and often even exceeded.

Who we are
At the heart of VisieScope is a team of 25 passionate partners. We are leadership specialists, debating experts, top athletes, professors, trainers, coaches, artists … All of us are experts in our fields and skilled at leading programmes, with trackrecords as executives in profit or non-profit organisations. We also draw on a pool of around 50 specialists and guest speakers such as inspirational executives, innovators and rebels. These highly diverse backgrounds stimulate continuous exhilarating impact.
